The Full Metal Jacket Utility Pig (FMJ) represents a breakthrough in pipeline maintenance technology. Designed for maximum efficiency and reliability, the FMJ and its patented design, excels at cleaning, gauging and preparing pipelines – especially ahead of inline inspection (ILI) runs – by removing ferrous and solid debris with unmatched effectiveness.

Available in sizes from 3” to 26”, the FMJ can tackle a wide range of pipeline systems.

Customization & Configuration

Every FMJ pig is custom-built for the client’s specific pipeline. We tailor urethane cups or discs and choose the right brushes based on pipeline conditions, debris type, and flow dynamics. This ensures optimal performance for every unique challenge.
FMJ units can be provided in custom-built handling trays for safe transport, loading, and unloading. These trays protect the pig during storage and handling, making deployment faster, safer, and more efficient.

FMJ pigs can also be equipped with an onboard 22 hertz transmitter, available for rental. This transmitter allows operators to track and locate the pig’s position while it is in the pipeline or underground, providing real-time positional awareness and operational confidence.
